About Poolish
Poolish is a private, invitation-only NFL football pick'em and survivor pool management platform for friends and family groups. There is no public sign-up — every participant is personally invited by a pool commissioner who knows them.
No money, prizes, or consideration of any kind changes hands. Poolish is purely for entertainment — bragging rights among friends.

Information We Collect
When you create an account or participate in a pool, we may collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to enable SMS notifications — your mobile phone number. We also store the NFL game picks you submit.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to operate your private pool: to authenticate your account, record your picks, display standings, and send you pool-related notifications (pick reminders, game results, standings updates).
SMS and Mobile Phone Numbers
Your mobile phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. It is used only to deliver SMS notifications related to your pool. Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per week during the NFL season). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS notifications.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, transmitting SMS messages through a carrier). We do not share your information for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us.

Private, Invitation-Only Service
Poolish is a private platform. Access is granted solely by invitation from a pool commissioner. You may not share your credentials or grant access to others.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Poolish only for its intended purpose — participating in friendly NFL pick'em and survivor pools. You may not use the platform to harass other participants, post inappropriate content, or circumvent pool rules.
SMS Notifications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Poolish about your pool picks, game results, and standings. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Poolish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during the NFL season when third-party data sources may experience delays.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
